Job Summary

This role seeks a Building Services Engineer to drive technological progress by planning and optimizing complex technical building systems, ensuring they meet current standards. Key daily responsibilities include leading and coordinating construction projects within building services, creating detailed technical drawings and documentation using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit, and collaborating closely with architects and other specialists for successful project execution. You will also be responsible for overseeing commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, and operation of technical systems on site. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Supply or Building Services Engineering, significant professional experience in project implementation, and expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources while adhering to critical quality, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., DIN norms).
