Job Summary

This role is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a decentralized Cloud team, offering 100% remote work flexibility. The core focus involves supporting and evolving customer environments, specifically through the conception, administration, and technical development of Microsoft-based Cloud infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks include participating in IT projects, resolving 2nd and 3rd-level incidents and customer inquiries, implementing changes, and assisting with onboarding projects. A key responsibility is providing technological consultation to clients regarding Microsoft Cloud infrastructures and applications. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge in administering and migrating Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Azure products, along with expertise in M365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Endpoint Manager (Intune), or Azure AD/Virtual Desktop. Strong organizational skills, team spirit, fluency in written and spoken German, and good English skills are essential for success in this service-oriented position.
