Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Field Service Technician based in Oberkochen to provide essential on-site support across a 150km radius. The core responsibilities involve maintaining and troubleshooting critical network infrastructure, including LAN/IPT components, switches, and routers. The technician will be responsible for installations, component replacements, and meticulous documentation of all service activities using a ticketing system. Ideal candidates possess strong networking knowledge, specifically relating to Cisco environments, LAN, and WAN technologies.
