Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of the SAP User Lifecycle within the REWE Group, with a strong focus on transforming SAP authorizations and implementing SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) across the HR system landscape. Day-to-day, the consultant will be responsible for creating and managing audit-proof, cross-process SAP authorization concepts for the HR domain, acting as a liaison between internal clients and technical implementation teams. A key part of the job includes coordinating technical transformation topics, such as the transition to an SAP S/4HANA landscape and the introduction of Fiori Apps, as well as transitioning existing authorization concepts to the EC-Cloud logic. The ideal candidate possesses a structured, solution-oriented mindset, deep expertise in Identity Management and GRC, and experience with cloud-based applications like SAP SuccessFactors, contributing significantly to the company's digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics with an IT focus, or comparable qualification; or completed vocational training in the HR or IT field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in developing and managing audit-proof SAP authorization concepts for HR
  • Professional experience with Identity Management and Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC)
  • Experience in coordinating technical transformation projects in the HR authorization environment
  • Experience with system integrations (M&A) and reorganizations
