Job Summary

This role is for an HR Transformation Project Manager based in Cologne, focusing on driving the massive HR IT landscape transformation within the REWE Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the selection and introduction of a modern HR Service Management solution, including piloting various vendors and developing comprehensive rollout strategies across selected markets. Day-to-day, you will connect strategic initiatives, identify dependencies, and proactively develop the Employee Experience concept. Key qualifications include a university degree and professional experience, ideally with a focus on HR or HR IT systems. You must possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities to manage diverse stakeholders, and the capacity to visualize and explain complex relationships effectively. This is a unique opportunity to actively shape the digital future of one of Europe's largest retail companies in a dynamic, full-time, but temporary position (until January 2027).
