Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for a leading IT service provider in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting issues directly with users, managing laptops (imaging, wiping, inventory), and handling the issuance and return of IT equipment. You'll also provide technical assistance for both in-person and remote meetings. This position requires a completed IT-related vocational training, initial experience in onsite support and ticketing systems, and a willingness to work in early and late shifts. Strong problem-solving skills and reliability are key for this dynamic role.
