Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite hardware and software support directly to clients of a leading German IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new workstations, including configuration and user instruction, and performing troubleshooting and repair for clients, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. Key duties also include network activities such as patching, troubleshooting, and error diagnosis, as well as managing hardware inventory and assisting with IT rollouts and office moves. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT systems integration or equivalent experience, strong skills in Windows client and hardware troubleshooting, proficiency with MS Office and ticketing systems, and fluent German language skills, coupled with a valid driving license.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting Windows clients and hardware
