Job Summary

Join a leading aerospace and defense company, Airbus Defence and Space GmbH, in Ulm as a CI/CD Engineer to shape the future of aerospace technology. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining Git-based CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Nexus, specifically for C++ applications. Key responsibilities include migrating legacy systems from Subversion to modern Git workflows, implementing variant-based build pipelines for diverse platforms, and automating various testing types (Unit, Integration, System, Regression) within the pipelines. You will also be responsible for optimizing build times, managing container-based build environments (Docker), and developing monitoring solutions and dashboards to ensure transparency and quality. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, multiple years of experience with CI/CD principles, and fluency in both German and English.
