Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of aerospace and defense technology by joining HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH as a System Engineer focusing on Simulation Frameworks. You will be responsible for analyzing and deriving requirements for the simulation framework, developing modular and scalable architectures for its components, and creating detailed technical specifications. A core part of the job involves integrating and commissioning individual components into complex simulation environments and technically evaluating external components and models. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams across software, hardware, and system engineering, and manage subcontractors and external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, possesses experience with container-based systems like Docker, and is fluent in both German and English. This position offers the chance to develop state-of-the-art simulation systems for the military market, utilizing the Simsphere® Simulation Suite to model complex sensor and effector landscapes.
