Job Summary

This role involves leading facility management projects, focusing on the maintenance and operational integrity of buildings and technical systems. The Site Manager takes responsibility for planning and controlling inspections and maintenance work, and overseeing the technical personnel deployed across the sites. Core duties include the planning and implementation of projects while ensuring strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and contracts. You will manage financial aspects by creating service specifications, budget proposals for maintenance, and leading procurement negotiations. The position requires coordinating internal and external service providers and acting as the crucial liaison between the client's technical and commercial contacts and the property users. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (e.g., Engineer, Technician, or FM Specialist) coupled with initial practical experience in building management and familiarity with statutory regulations.
