Job Summary

This role is for an immediate start Building Services Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering in Stuttgart. The core responsibilities involve executing inspection rounds, maintenance, repairs, and restoration work on electrical systems within properties. The technician will also manage small to medium-sized electrical projects, oversee and approve subcontractor performance, and serve as the primary contact for project managers, clients, and property owners. Candidates should possess a completed vocational qualification as an electronics technician for energy and building technology or a comparable electrical background.
