Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Project Manager to join a Project Management Office (PMO) environment, focusing on the coordination, governance, and optimization of challenging technical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and enforcing project management methodologies, tools, and processes, particularly within Business Process Management (BPM). Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing cross-functional business processes, challenging functional teams to meet objectives, and managing the Process Change Request system. The role requires creating standard reports for a global key performance indicator system and organizing interdisciplinary project teams. Key qualifications include a degree in Business Administration or Informatics, substantial professional experience in project management, and proficiency in German and English.
