Job Summary

This role involves driving strategic decision-making by developing and optimizing HR data analyses and management dashboards. The HR Analytics Expert will be responsible for advancing the HR reporting system by creating innovative solutions and standards, and identifying and analyzing relevant HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to generate valuable business insights. Day-to-day tasks include conducting ad-hoc evaluations and trend analyses, and actively participating in personnel planning in close collaboration with HR Business Partners. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Economics, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in HR Analytics or HR Controlling. Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems, SQL, and data visualization tools, along with strong analytical, IT affinity, and excellent project and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.
