Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Electrical Engineering in the Berlin area. This senior role requires a candidate with a degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive professional experience, including at least five years in project leadership within the electrical sector (covering high and low current, communications technology, and measurement/control/regulation technology). Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex electrical projects, applying deep knowledge of HOAI (Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers), handling supplementary contract management, and mentoring junior engineers and students. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical skills, including proficiency with CAD and calculation programs, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team members. Fluency in German is required for effective communication and documentation.
