This role involves managing and controlling IT solutions critical for the operational readiness and digital future of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Based in Bonn, the Expert IT Solution Manager will primarily support the Cyber & Information Space and Sea dimensions, overseeing IT services for missions, exercises, deployable systems, and naval units. Key responsibilities include Solution Controlling, ensuring quality assurance of service delivery, managing internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating the planning and commissioning of required IT services. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in IT Service Management, requirements analysis, Project Management methodologies, and strong analytical and presentation skills. Required qualifications include a relevant university degree or extensive vocational training plus significant professional experience (2-5 years). Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with international travel readiness, making this a challenging and impactful role in national security IT infrastructure.
