Job Summary

As a Senior IT Change Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stable and reliable delivery of core IT processes within a large healthcare organization. Your daily responsibilities will include taking full ownership of the enterprise-wide IT change process, from initial planning through to complete implementation, and continuously steering all IT-related changes. You will analyze and assess the potential impact of changes on IT operations, make informed decisions, and lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Post Implementation Reviews (PIR). This role involves close collaboration with process owners, service owners, and external service providers to continuously optimize change management processes, utilizing KPI analyses and SLA monitoring.
