Job Summary

Join Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg as a Specialist for Deviations and CAPAs, focusing on maintaining and enhancing GMP compliance within pharmaceutical production. This role involves taking responsibility for the creation and processing of deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), ensuring strict adherence to EU GMP Pharma standards. Day-to-day activities include participating in continuous improvement projects, generating and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to uphold compliance. You will also lead risk minimization and process optimization projects and provide crucial training and consultation to employees on deviation and CAPA management. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Engineering, coupled with professional experience in handling deviations and CAPAs within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, strong analytical skills, and fluent German proficiency.
