Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Construction Supervisor within the Electrical and Information Technology department for the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district of Berlin, focusing on new construction, renovations, and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will manage projects according to HOAI standards, from design through handover, ensuring facilities are functional, economical, and sustainable. Key responsibilities include coordinating external engineering firms, service providers, and construction companies, leading negotiations, and efficiently managing procurement processes, including tenders and contracts (VOB). This position requires strong self-reliance, technical expertise in electrical systems, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve visible, impactful results for the district. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and possess relevant professional experience in project steering and site management.
