Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the functionality, sustainability, and economic efficiency of electrical and information technology projects within the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district of Berlin. The successful candidate will act as a Construction Supervisor and Project Manager, overseeing projects ranging from new construction and refurbishments to maintenance. Day-to-day tasks involve leading projects according to the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) from design through handover, coordinating external engineering firms, service providers, and construction companies, and conducting negotiations and meetings. A key component is autonomous work, applying expertise in construction supervision, project control, and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) to develop effective technical solutions. This position requires site inspections, including on non-barrier-free construction sites, and offers the opportunity to create visible, lasting results for the community.
