Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and driving digital transformation strategies within the Building Control Authority in Nuremberg, focusing on optimizing and digitizing existing and future administrative processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating digital strategies within Department VI, liaising with the Office for Digitization and Process Organization (DiP), and managing IT developments, quality assurance, and user requirements. The coordinator will also be responsible for the organization and deployment planning of the eBauakte (electronic building file) application, including maintenance, documentation, and statistical analysis. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Informatics or Business Informatics, or equivalent qualifications such as a Certified IT Specialist, coupled with relevant professional experience in IT organization, process optimization, and strong project steering skills. This is a permanent, part-time position (50% of full-time hours) within the public service sector.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Informatics or Business Informatics; or Certified IT Specialist; or Public Servant (3rd Career Level / Higher Service, Administration Informatics); or Public Servant (3rd Career Level / Higher Service, Administration and Finance); or Administrative Specialist (Fachprüfung II)

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT organization and/or fundamental IT knowledge
  • Practical experience in utilizing Document Management Systems and related standards
  • Minimum two years of relevant professional experience (required for candidates with alternative qualifications like Certified IT Specialist)
  • Minimum three years of relevant professional experience (required for candidates in the 3rd Career Level / Higher Service, Administration and Finance track, or Administrative Specialist II)
