Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electronics Technician specializing in motor construction to join an international rail vehicle manufacturer in Hennigsdorf. The core responsibilities revolve around the manufacturing and assembly of stators and stator coils. Day-to-day tasks include producing stator coils (fish-form, spreading), insulating components, installing coils in the laminated core, and mounting motor connection lines using soft soldering and general soldering techniques. A critical part of the job involves building and assembling terminal boxes, including crimping, cutting, torque application, and potting the boxes. Furthermore, the role requires operating mixing systems for potting the slot exits and winding heads with silicone resin, performing final electrical testing of the coils, and conducting final assembly work such as drilling and cleaning. Candidates must possess a formal electrical engineering qualification or equivalent professional experience, strong technical comprehension, and good written and spoken German skills to understand complex work instructions. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay and no weekend work.
