Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronics Technician to join an international rail vehicle manufacturer in Hennigsdorf. The position focuses heavily on the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of stators for electric motors. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing stator coils (including fish-form and spreading), insulating components, installing coils into the laminated core, and mounting motor connection cables using soft soldering and standard soldering techniques. You will also be responsible for building and assembling terminal boxes, including crimping, cutting, torque application, and potting. Furthermore, the role involves operating modern winding machines, performing final electrical testing of switched coils, impregnating and potting stators, and conducting final finishing work and quality control checks. Success requires a background in electrical engineering, experience in motor construction, precise working methods, and good German language skills for understanding complex work instructions.
