Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for users facing everyday technical challenges, ensuring smooth IT operations. Key responsibilities include carefully analyzing incoming IT inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software, documenting all processes meticulously within a ticketing system, and providing solutions either remotely, over the phone, or on-site. You will be responsible for classifying and prioritizing incidents, escalating complex issues to the 2nd Level team while monitoring progress, and maintaining internal knowledge articles. The ideal candidate possesses experience in 1st Level Support, demonstrates a structured approach to problem-solving, and excels in service-oriented, solution-focused communication.
