Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior IT Service Technician to act as a highly competent point of contact for technical inquiries and complex challenges within one of Europe's leading IT service providers. Daily responsibilities include the systematic installation and configuration of hardware and software offerings, including DB cabling for IT workstations, setting up PCs, and notebooks. A critical component of the role involves advanced troubleshooting, ranging from minor faults to complex hardware repairs, component replacement, and systematic device re-setup after malfunctions. The technician will leverage their expertise, particularly strong network skills, to contribute significantly to key projects suchations as IT rollouts, migrations, and Hands & Eyes Support, ensuring all steps are meticulously documented for transparency. Candidates must possess a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and profound professional experience in maintaining and optimizing complex IT systems, including Servers, Storage, Networks, and Firewalls, combined with fluent English skills.
