Job Summary
This role involves providing essential on-site IT support, serving as the primary point of contact for users, and ensuring the smooth operation of their hardware and software. Day-to-day tasks include handling user inquiries, processing and documenting issues within a ticketing system, and performing routine operating system installations. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware malfunctions, performing repairs, replacing defective components, and reconfiguring devices after faults. Furthermore, managing workplace relocations and hardware exchanges are part of the daily routine. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, experience in on-site IT support, and proficiency with operating systems and Office applications. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training, e.g., IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification
Experience

- Experience using ticketing systems (desirable)
