Job Summary

This Senior Technician and Coordinator role involves technical leadership and coordination of technicians within the prototype and assembly laboratory, focusing on the electromobility sector. Key responsibilities include managing the lab environment, ensuring safety standards are met, optimizing assembly processes—particularly those related to inductive charging—during the development phase, and conducting rigorous quality controls on all incoming parts, followed by reporting to the technical department. The coordinator will also be responsible for managing and maintaining all lab equipment and prioritizing project tasks in collaboration with the logistics expert. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background, such as training as an Electronics or Mechatronics Technician, combined with essential certification for working with high-voltage (HV) systems in motor vehicles. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a varied workload and the potential for direct takeover by the client.
