Job Summary
This role involves working as a CAD Designer specializing in Electrical Engineering within the building services sector in the Berlin area. The core responsibilities include creating precise 2D and 3D technical drawings, sketches, and plans using specialized CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, LVZ, Tricad, and C.A.T.S. The designer will be responsible for independently developing constructions for building services systems, conducting collision checks, and coordinating various trades, including the creation of slot and penetration plans. A crucial part of the job is ensuring adherence to CAD standards for quality assurance and maintaining effective communication and coordination with project managers, architects, specialist planners, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. This position requires a completed technical drawing or system planner qualification and expertise in technical building equipment for electrical systems (power, low-current, telecommunications, and building automation/measurement and control technology).
