Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Service Technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational oversight of building services systems (Haustechnik) across the Seelze, Lübeck, and Kiel regions. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing maintenance and repair work, troubleshooting faults, and meticulously documenting all activities and reports. The technician will also be responsible for coordinating and managing subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant technical qualification (e.g., Electrician, HVAC, or technical degree), multi-trade expertise, and a strong customer service orientation. This position offers a permanent contract and requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and participation in a compensated on-call rotation.
