This role is centered on providing comprehensive technical support for advanced mechatronic testing systems within an international engineering environment. Day-to-day tasks include the commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and repair of these complex systems, alongside performing detailed system tests, including those involving integrated exhaust gas analysis. A critical component of the job is fault diagnosis and the subsequent repair of supplier components. The position requires strong customer service skills, as the incumbent will manage client relationships and coordinate sub-suppliers across Germany and internationally, specifically in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Switzerland.
