Job Summary
The Team Assistant will provide essential administrative and secretarial support for the Maintenance, Assistance, and Guardianship division in Waiblingen. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general secretariat tasks such as handling phone calls, mail, and scheduling appointments, as well as managing case files, data entry into specialized programs, and executing specific assignments from case workers. A key function involves maintaining the custody register and providing information regarding parental custody rights, alongside occasionally staffing the information desk. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in administrative or commercial fields, possesses very good knowledge of MS Standard Software (Word, Excel, Outlook), and demonstrates strong organizational skills, reliability, and a high degree of performance readiness. Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist, Office Communications Clerk, or comparable legal/administrative or commercial training.
