Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Service Technician, responsible for providing essential field services across regional and national locations. Day-to-day tasks involve the physical delivery, setup, dismantling, and retrieval of IT equipment, including client systems and printers. A core component of the job is performing IMAC-D services (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disposal), ensuring proper cabling, system commissioning, and meticulous documentation within a ticketing system. The successful candidate will possess a vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, paired with foundational knowledge in PC, notebook, and printer configuration and installation.
