Job Summary

This role involves coordinating IT service processes, specifically managing the relationship and service delivery for the Justice customer segment within a major Bavarian state data center. The coordinator will be responsible for managing orders, setting up and regularly updating project plans, and acting as the central point of contact for overarching inquiries from the Justice department. A key part of the job includes participating in the conclusion, progression, and management of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), and driving the continuous development of ITIL service processes. Candidates must possess a university degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science, deep knowledge of IT service organization and ITIL, and excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong customer orientation.

Completed university degree (Diplom (FH), Bachelor) in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience as a Coordinator in IT Service Organization (Desirable)
  • Good knowledge of data center operations (Desirable)
