Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Service Technician supporting a leading, global IT service provider. You will be responsible for delivering essential daily onsite support, including performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, and managing the setup, dismantling, and relocation of IT workstations. A core part of the job involves local error analysis and troubleshooting directly with end-users, as well as installing, provisioning, and securely deleting data on notebooks. You must efficiently process and document all service requests within a ticketing system and provide network hands-on support, both remotely and onsite. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training or at least one year of practical experience in the IT field, proficiency with common IT hardware, Windows 10/11, and strong knowledge of Office 365. Excellent German language skills (C1 or native level) are mandatory. This is a fixed-term position offering competitive, above-tariff compensation and long-term client assignments.
