Day-to-day responsibilities include personnel management, coordinating task fulfillment, and representing the team in council and committee work, particularly the Main and Finance Committee. The position requires specialized expertise in municipal financial management, handling complex areas such as budget preparation and execution, managing city holdings and real estate, EU state aid law, municipal tax liability, grant/subsidy management, risk management, and financial controlling. Candidates must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Business Administration, or an equivalent specialized qualification, coupled with several years of responsible experience in the financial sector. This permanent, full-time position offers significant responsibility, flexible working hours, the possibility of remote work, and the opportunity to deputize for the Head of the Finance Department.

  • Strong technical and legal knowledge in municipal financial management
