Job Summary
This administrative role focuses on managing the complex processes surrounding international and second-degree tuition fees within the Central Administration of the University of Tübingen. Day-to-day tasks involve steering internal, cross-departmental processes related to fee collection and exemptions, providing detailed guidance and responding to inquiries from students—predominantly in English—via written, telephone, and personal communication, and ensuring website content is up-to-date. A core responsibility is evaluating and making decisions on fee applications from international students and those pursuing a second degree, including handling hardship applications. The position requires managing fee administration using electronic tools, generating official notices, and compiling necessary statistics. Candidates must hold a qualified Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, administration, economics, or Anglistics), demonstrate very strong English skills, and be proficient in MS Office and database applications. The role offers continuous training, partial home-office flexibility, and a supportive team environment.
Required Skills

- Professional experience handling legal regulations and administrative procedures
