Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT infrastructure support and specialized network services for a leading IT service provider in Neckarsulm. The specialist will be responsible for physical infrastructure management, including the cabling of distribution and server rooms using both fiber optic and copper networks. Key daily tasks include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services on-site, providing high-level VIP support, managing local inventory/warehouse operations, and assisting with event technology setup. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, possess solid knowledge of network technology, and be proficient in IMAC procedures. This position requires flexibility, as three-shift work is mandatory, and excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams.
