Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Technician involves providing essential 1st-level support and hands-on management of IT end devices for a leading international IT service provider specializing in infrastructure services. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of hardware—from inventory, preparation, and deployment (laptops, monitors, phones) to physical setup, cabling, and decommissioning at office workstations. A core function is troubleshooting and restoring IT device functionality, handling user inquiries via hotline or ticketing systems, escalating complex issues to 2nd level, and diligently documenting all activities within the CMDB and Knowledge Base. You will also conduct user introductions and short training sessions, particularly related to the introduction of Windows 11. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training or at least one year of practical IT experience, deep knowledge of the Windows 10/11 client environment, Office 2019, Skype for Business, and familiarity with documentation workflows. This position offers a fixed-term contract with above-tariff compensation and high potential for long-term assignment or permanent takeover by the client.
