Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in first and second-level onsite support, acting as the crucial interface between the client's internal IT department and end-users. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing onsite hardware and software support, analyzing and resolving disturbances independently, and managing IT tasks within the manufacturing environment. A key focus is ensuring continuous operation and maintaining high service quality for the customer. Candidates must possess a completed IT-related technical education, proven experience in 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support, and strong knowledge of current Microsoft products, standard hardware, Active Directory, and networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls). Excellent German and intermediate English skills are mandatory for success in this client-facing role.
