You will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving issues across Microsoft Windows operating systems, network connectivity, and managing user access within Windows Active Directory domains. A significant part of the role involves documenting all support activities in ticketing systems, setting up client workstations, and providing user training on systems and mobile devices. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration, several years of relevant experience, and fluent German language skills.
