Job Summary

This role involves providing essential hands-on IT support and services directly at customer locations across Germany. Key responsibilities include the setup, dismantling, and relocation of complete workstations, including PCs, laptops, docking stations, printers, and peripheral devices. You will be responsible for providing initial user instruction, documenting on-site installations, and performing first-level troubleshooting and error analysis to find immediate solutions. Complex issues will be escalated to subsequent support units. This position is suitable for motivated individuals, including career changers with a strong affinity for IT, who are eager to develop within the IT sector.
