Job Summary

This role as an Onsite IT Service Technician involves providing essential daily support and managing IT infrastructure changes for a leading global IT service provider. Key responsibilities include performing IMAC activities (Installation, Move, Add, Change), setting up and relocating IT workstations, and conducting fault analysis and troubleshooting directly at the user's location. The technician will also be responsible for installing, imaging, and securely deleting data from notebooks, alongside meticulously documenting all service requests within a ticketing system. Candidates must possess professional experience with standard IT hardware, strong proficiency in Windows 10 and 11, and solid knowledge of Office 365 applications. Excellent German language skills (C1/Native level) are mandatory for effective communication with end-users. This position offers a competitive package, including above-tariff pay, project allowances, and a high potential for long-term engagement or permanent takeover by the client.
