Job Summary

This role in Munich involves the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of complex technical systems within facility management, focusing heavily on supply technology and Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) systems. The technician will be responsible for accepting, tracking, and resolving system malfunctions, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring the functional and operational safety of electrical and control systems in compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., VDE, DIN). A key duty is guaranteeing the smooth operation of building technology assets and managing interfaces with the central Building Management System (BMS). Candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Automation, Energy, or Building Technology, coupled with practical experience in PLC programming, MSR technology, and technical facility management.
