Day-to-day responsibilities involve transitioning new products into manufacturing, troubleshooting electronic failures, and providing essential technical support to the production floor. The technician will conduct detailed failure analysis for both internal processes and customer complaints, optimize manufacturing sequences, and support quality assurance efforts. Key qualifications include a completed technical degree in Electronics or Mechatronics, professional experience in a manufacturing environment, strong electronics knowledge, and proficiency in professional soldering and surface-mount device (SMD) manufacturing.
