Job Summary

This leadership role involves actively shaping the digital future of BG Kliniken by heading the Project Management Office (PMO) team and driving innovative IT digitalization projects. The Head of PMO will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of the PMO, continuously developing and optimizing project management standards, methodologies, and tools (classical, agile, and hybrid). Day-to-day tasks include planning, coordinating, and controlling digitalization initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements such as DSGVO, KHZG, and gematik, and providing transparent project monitoring and reporting. A critical component of the role is managing national and EU-wide procurement and tendering processes, advising teams on legal compliance, and collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and expertise in complex data analysis using tools like Excel for project steering and reporting.
