Job Summary

As a Labeling Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, translation, and updating of instructions for use and packaging texts for medical devices across EU and international markets. This involves coordinating external service providers and internal stakeholders, from identifying necessary changes to assessing regulatory impacts and approving production. You will ensure product information aligns with regulatory requirements and technical documentation, advise on packaging materials, and support the harmonization of labeling and packaging. The role also includes initiating, controlling, and approving packaging changes within change control procedures, verifying translation accuracy, and creating/updating approval and certification documents. This position requires a background in natural sciences, experience with medical device labeling, and strong IT skills.
