Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Senior Engineer or Project Engineer specializing in Rail Control and Safety Technology (RCS) for DB Zeitarbeit, acting as a stepping stone into the Deutsche Bahn Group. You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, control, and monitoring of RCS projects, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key daily tasks include creating, reviewing, and approving technical documentation, specifications, and tenders for RCS systems, alongside coordinating extensively with internal departments and external contractors. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Master qualification in RCS, coupled with substantial professional experience in the field. Success requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to independently manage complex projects, even under critical conditions, while maintaining a structured, assertive, and hands-on approach.
