This senior leadership role involves steering and coordinating the Operational Technology Department for Autobahn GmbH, managing critical infrastructure across Germany's federal highways. The Head of Department is responsible for overseeing budgets, resources, and ensuring the technical quality of all planning phases—from preliminary design through execution—while strictly adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. A core focus is the implementation and coordination of BSI (Federal Office for Information Security) and KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) measures across the network. The successful candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Communications or Information Technology, possess extensive professional experience in engineering or public administration, and demonstrate proven technical and disciplinary leadership capabilities.
