Job Summary

This critical role as Incident Management Team Lead involves spearheading the Service Desk/First-Level Support unit, managing a team of 11 professionals within the Federal Office for Family Affairs and Civil Society Functions (BAFzA). The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of the unit and its personnel while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Core duties include the identification and analysis of incident impacts on service quality, strict monitoring of Incident Management process compliance, overseeing optimization projects, and ensuring robust incident reporting and documentation standards. Candidates must possess a university degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in IT, Engineering, Administrative Sciences, Economics, or Psychology, coupled with proven leadership competence and professional experience in IT user support systems.
