Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician who will be responsible for providing on-site IT support and services for a leading European IT service provider. The daily tasks involve performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, setting up, dismantling, and reconfiguring client systems and printers across various locations. Key responsibilities also include basic installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks, and printers, conducting functional tests, and participating in on-site project deployments like rollouts and migrations. A crucial part of the job is the meticulous documentation of all completed tasks directly within a mobile ticketing system.
