As an SAP Business Data Cloud Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in helping SAP's strategic customers maximize their use of the SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) platform. Your day-to-day will involve proactively engaging with customers to increase BDC consumption, providing technical and business architecture coaching, and acting as the primary strategic point of contact. You'll analyze customer technical needs, develop and execute consumption plans, and provide recommendations aligned with SAP's roadmap.
